Balanced Self offers a holistic approach to well-being and mental health.
At Balanced Self we believe that the mind and body must be understood as one entity.
We use CBT therapy, yoga or a combination of both to alleviate symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety to boost your self esteem and confidence so you are able to get back to yourself.
Balanced Self aims to help their clients become more flexible in their body and mind and to build a relationship with their thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them.
