Balanced self is offering a unique holistic health experience.

Yoga and CBT together takes a different approach to traditional therapies and yoga. By integrating Yoga and CBT a greater understanding of physiological symptoms, thoughts and behaviours can be reached whereby living more fully in the here and now. This will alleviate symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, self esteem and sleep problems.

This approach can give you practical tools that will help you with your daily life, relationships and interactions with others.

You will learn to manage your thoughts and behaviours in a different way so that you are not driven by emotions. This will support you to create healthier habits so you are doing the things that you love again.

Yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), meditation, yogic and CBT theories are combined to create every day techniques, that with practice will help cultivate a sense of well - being.

Individual plans are created and tailored to you and only you.

These sessions are offered one to one only and last for 1 hour.
