By integrating Yoga with CBT, a greater understanding of physiological symptoms, thoughts and behaviours can be reached, allowing you to live more fully in the here and now. These sessions will alleviate symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and boost self-esteem and confidence.
We combine yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), meditation, CBT skills such as guided imagery, awareness of thoughts and feelings, to create every day techniques that will help cultivate a sense of well-being.
This approach can give you practical tools that will help you with your daily life, relationships and interactions with others.
You will learn to manage your thoughts and behaviours in a different way so that you are not driven by emotions. This will support you to create healthier habits so you are doing the things that you love again.
